Seminar and Workshop at CrossFit 407

At 12:00, we’re going to start off with a 1-2 hour beginner seminar where we’ll be teaching and demonstrating the basics of Olympic Weightlifting. We’re going to cover each individual component of the snatch, clean and jerk, and important technique and strength building exercises like snatch pulls, clean pulls, squats, and push press. The beginner seminar will be $30/person.
After that, there will be a two hour advanced workshop where we’ll be taking video of every lift from each athlete. We’ll be giving individual attention and feedback on technique, and recommending exercises to improve performance. Athletes should expect to do at least 10 sets of doubles or singles with 70-90% of their snatch and clean and jerks. This advanced session will be $50/person.
